Tom is a Solicitor in Rosenblatt's dispute resolution team. His experience covers most aspects of dispute resolution, including cross-border commercial arbitration under LCIA Rules, High Court litigation, and alternative dispute resolution procedures. Recent cases have centred on claims involving complex contractual disputes, professional negligence and recovery of unpaid debt. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Tom gained experience in litigation and restructuring teams at magic and silver circle firms.
