Simon is a Partner and Deputy Head of Dispute Resolution. Simon dedicates himself to providing dynamic, professional and direct legal advice to his clients by offering pragmatic, aggressive and effective solutions to real life problems. Simon is known for his expertise in high value and complex commercial litigation including company and shareholder disputes, contentious restructuring, contentious trusts, breach of contract, negligence, and defamation claims. Simon advises on various matters arising out of insolvency, both in the UK and abroad. Simon started his career at Rosenblatt in 2005, and was made a Partner in Dispute Resolution in 2013 at the age of 31.
