Helen is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team and joined Rosenblatt in November 2020. Helen’s extensive experience includes representing clients in complex, high-value commercial litigation and arbitration ranging from contractual, fraud, negligence and nuisance claims to corporate and insolvency related disputes. Helen has a background in acting for corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors, providing strategic legal advice and mitigating and managing legal risk. Helen has expertise in managing larger cases through High Court trials and into appeal proceedings in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court
