  • Sara Paradisi: Sara co-heads the firm’s International Arbitration practice. With over 16 years of experience, she has a distinguished track record of representing and advising clients across a broad-spectrum of disputes covering multiple sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. She has advised on major projects across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Asia. Sara also advises on drafting arbitration clauses in commercial and financial agreements.   • Leonardo Carpentieri: Leonardo co-heads the firm’s International Arbitration practice. He assists clients in both investment treaty and commercial arbitration proceedings. His expertise spans major arbitral institutions such as ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, CAM, and PCA, with a focus on the construction and energy sectors across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.
