Asher is a final seat Trainee Solicitor in Rosenblatt's Corporate team. He has previously completed seats in Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Corporate. He has experience advising buy-side and sell-side clients in private M&A transactions, restructurings and fundraisings across a number of sectors including leisure & retail, restaurants and engineering & construction. Asher read history and politics at McGill University, graduating with first class honours in 2021, before completing his GDL and LPC with distinction at the University of Law prior to commencing his Training Contract.
