Building on recent major legal reforms, Saudi Arabia is gearing to become a key dispute resolution hub in the wider region

With Vision 2030 approaching fast, international operators, contractors and investors are now able to rely on an increasingly transparent and predictable legal system, as well as on a standardised legal framework in line with international practices.

A solid network of investment protection treaties concluded by the Kingdom is also in place to encourage long-term investment, fostering a stable and predictable environment for foreign capital.

Rosenblatt’s Partner and International Arbitration Co-Head Leonardo Carpentieri delves into Saudi Arabia’s evolving legal environment in a recent article published in the International Journal of Arab Arbitration and co-authored by Z&Co.’s Partner and Dispute Resolution Co-Head Sarah Gonem.
